Meet Seiren/Touki Fujimori

A clone created by the organization named NEO-NESTS with the combination of Rock Howard and Oswald's DNA,He has been injected with the cursed Orochi blood to strengthen his stats and overall but he was unlucky and will die from it soon.At the brink of death,he managed to overcome the blood by absorbing it and that corrupted him completely,he lost control of himself
and went on a rampage,destroying the facility and escaped with Kula-20(Fubuki).Later he wakes up and found himself at an abandoned mansion,he uses the mansion as a safe haven ever since.
Photokinesis(?): Inherited from Rock's DNA but was significantly enhanced to the next level.It's pure as light and burn like flame.After his corruption,his powers seem to change into red and have a very neon look to them,he can use this power to cut through objects,blast enemies or enhance his speed even further.
Electrokinesis(?): There are still no logical explanations for how he gain this power,it share the same colors as his light power.He uses this power to paralyze enemies or enhance his speed.
Seiren(?): A codename given by NEO-NESTS after his escaped,he don't have a name so he calls himself "Touki Fujimori".
Cursed Orochi blood(?): Extracted from the god Orochi,this liquid is not like that of normal blood as it does not reek and it color is darker than normal blood,you can feel the dark energy it's leaking out when close by.It can be used as strengthen material but come with a huge risk,the blood may increase the host's strength and overall but it may destroy it in approximately 5 minutes after injection,these results will depend on the host's body and will.

Meet Rock-19/Kei

A regular clone created by NEO-NESTS,wear the same attire as the original Rock Howard,have the same power as the original.At first he was just another clone created to join the army as soldiers but during Seiren's incident,he was pushed into a huge tank of Cursed Orochi blood,overexposure to the blood have severely corrupted him,changing his power into dark mystical flame.Being consumed by the blood he lost conscious and wake up a few hours later and at that point the facility has been heavily damaged,he found himself inside a bio-tank near the city river.Having devoured by shadow,he lost all traces of who he is and what is his purpose,he continued to live his new life obliviously in the shadow.
Dark flames(?): Due to being heavily corrupted,his power change from chi to flame but burn hotter than average flame.No logical explanations is available right now.
Kei(?): He calls himself Kei because he lost his memories,even if he do remember he would discard his codename anyway.
NEO-NESTS and Clones:
NEO-NESTS: The successor of the previous organization NESTS,NEO-NESTS have the same purpose as the original NESTS but this new organization can create stronger clones and other clones rather than just Kyo,Iori.They have captured and sealed the god Orochi,extracting his blood and using it as material to strengthen the clones,make them more aggressive and more vicious at the same time more obedient and loyal.They are trying all possibility and combinations of DNA to create more advanced clones.
They have created some powerful clones that are Extremely Rare to their type but got betrayed and backfired.Those clones are listed below:

They were able to locate some of these clones and attempting to capture them and erase their memories,turning them back to the soulless killing machines that they was designed to be.
Enhanced/Hybrid Clones: The clones are much more aggressive than their previous versions,now with the fusion of DNA,NEO-NESTS was able to create new type of clones,inheriting powers from their originals' and mixing their fighting styles,some special clones will be chosen to test the cursed Orochi blood in order to strengthen them and let them commands weaker clones or get destroyed and discarded,clones that are being tested will be constantly observe for 2 weeks for any strange behaviors or abnormality after the blood manifest and changed them,after that they will be send out to test their new powers.
